To help prevent this, wear shoes that provide good cushioning for your feet. Be sure to stick to a healthy diet, and get your recommended daily value of vitamins. Drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated. Finally, wash your feet daily and use foot creams to keep your feet moisturized.
